Datu played in the PBA 3x3 and I saw enough for my jaw to drop a little. He really plays and move like a wing. With that level of athleticism, Keith could end up in the same development path as Jamie Malonzo. His stroke from beyond-the-arc is actually sweet already.

Baltazar is of course the most known commodity here in the list. Even with how disastrous his stint in Japan B League was, his potential is still very obvious. He is athletic enough to overcome the bigger centers in the league and tall enough to have a good advantage against the small ones.

I put Villegas at the top because there is a much bigger chance that he will end up as a reliable rim protector than Justine. Then add the reality that he was a top 3 three-point shooter in the most recent UAAP season and Luis is looking like the best modern bigman giant that will ever enter the league.
