PBA Free Agency: Converge wants the 7-foot behemoth?

Converge Fiber Xers are reportedly looking to sign Greg Slaughter, a former PBA All-Star and two-time champion. Slaughter is currently playing for Levanga Hokkaido of the B.League, but his contract is set to expire at the end of the season.

Slaughter would be a major addition for Converge, which is looking to improve its frontcourt depth. The Fiber Xers currently have a young center in Justin Arana, but they could use a more experienced player like Slaughter to help them compete in the PBA.

Slaughter would also be a good fit for Converge's up-tempo style of play. He is a mobile center who can run the floor and finish around the rim. He is also a good defender who can block shots and alter shots.

If Converge is able to sign Slaughter, it would be a major coup for the team. Slaughter would give them a much-needed inside presence and help them compete for a championship in the PBA.

Just imagine him and Justin Arana together. Yes, the spacing will be bad but the space that they can cover inside will make it very interesting.

With his size and underrated passing ability, he could push the offense of Converge to a different level!
