PBA Trade Rumors: San Miguel-Phoenix potential blockbuster trade?

PBA Insider of Twitter was  the one who posted about the possible Phoenix' Jason Perkins to San Miguel Beermen trade.

Unfortunately, the Twitter account said that, it could be a semi-farm team deal. In short, a deal that is not at par with the way Terrafirma and Northport make their deals but not fair also.

So, what could be those deals? And what could be a deal that can be acceptable as a non-farm team deal?

Farm Team - Marcio Lassiter, Robbie Herndon
The easy farm team deal is to use the name of Lassiter and then add another reliable role player. That way, SMB fans will rely on the accomplishment of Marcio in defending the trade.

Semi-farm team - Robbie Herndon, Rodney Brondial, future 1st round pick
For a semi-farm team deal, they will make the deal bigger by putting three pieces in the package. Brondial is a reliable bigman and a first round pick is still a first round pick.

Legit team - Moala Tautuaa or Terrence Romeo
If Phoenix is still a legit team, I expect them to grab one of the in-prime core players of San Miguel. And I think the best candidates are Moala and Terrence.
