I understand that Tautuaa and Romeo are about to depart from the prime of their physical abilities but still, adding those two to Isaac Go and Juami Tiongson could be enough to have a legit playoff contender. I still think that a healthy Romeo can carry a team on offense and Moala is the most underrated giant in the league.

Andres Cahilig for Carl Bryan Cruz and Dave Marcelo
Cahilig is still young but looking at his progression, his potential is not really that high. So, getting two serviceable role players is a good thing already in exchange for Cahilig.
Rain or Shine
Juami Tiongson for #4 pick
Depending on the level of your belief on Juami, this trade could go either way. Nevertheless, point guard is the biggest need for Rain or Shine. While Terrafirma will be able to get another blue-chip prospect.
