PBA Free Agency: Top 5 Free-Agents from the 2023 draft!

According to the rules of the PBA draft, draftees who will not received tender offer from the teams that drafted them will become Unrestricted Free Agent.

It means, these players can now sign with any other team in the PBA. Out of the 79 names called last draft, only 31 was sent right away to free agency.

So, who are the top 5 unrestricted free agents out of those who did not received tender offer and the undrafted.

#5. Zach Huang
He is capable of hitting pull-up shots and is willing to do the dirty work and the little things on both ends. He has a good chance of becoming a respectable role player.

#4. Kim Aurin
He is a traditional confident scorer. Of course, there are a lot of supplies in terms of player type but what set Kim apart is that he showed it already in PBA on Tours.

#3. Jaymar Gimpayan
A blue-collar undersize wingman. He rebounds very well but not on the level of a Scottie Thompson. The biggest red flag is the almost-zero outside shot. But still, a rebounding wing who works hard on defense is a good guy to have in the bench.

#2. Warren Bonifacio
He is an undersize bigman in the PBA. He may not be athletic enough to keep up if his skills will not reach a certain level. Still though, the guy knows how to play on both ends. Maybe a modern training in the PBA is all that he needs to get into the next level.

#1. John Lloyd Clemente
I understand that JLC is not that athletic. But man, the guy knows how to play. The guy can be that glue guy to teams with a lot of scorers. I hope he will be given a chance.
