PBA Power Ranking: Top 5 Young stars of 2024!

Here are the top 5 Under-27-years old player in the league today! I rank them according to their current impact to the league and how high their potential is! Just in case we made a mistake about their age or we missed someone, please leave a comment and we will update the ranking!

#5. Kemark Carino (25 years old): He is the #1 pick of the 2nd round of the most recent draft. The hype around him was not high because he was not really a star in college. In his first conference though, he showed that he is a modern giant bigman. He manufactured 7.9 points, 52% FG, 5.6 rebounds, 1.2 blocks and 59% 3FG per game.

#4. Will Navarro (26 years old): I do not think any fan saw Navarro as a future superstar in the PBA. In his first stint in the league, I think it was obvious. Last season, he produced 14.2 points, 45% FG, 35% 3FG, 7.6 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.0 steals per game. I am really intrigued if Navarro can be a starting point guard in the PBA.

#3. Javi Gomez de Liano (25 years old): I expect Javi to become a credible PBA player. I never expected him to have the potential of being the main scorer of a PBA team. This Com. Cup, he averaged 16.5 points, 47% FG, 38% 3FG, 5.5 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 2.0 steals per game.

#2. Tyler Tio (25 years old): Trust me, I did not even consider his high marketability. Tyler is a menace. Tyler is slowly developing into one of the most feared savant scoring point guard in the league. His three-point shooting remains to be his biggest weapon but his playmaking is slowly catching up. Add the fact that he is confident and capable of hitting crunchtime shots and Tyler is a future superstar of the PBA.

#1. Justin Arana  (24 years old): Believe it or not but Justin is only 24 and he is already one of the top 10 centers in the PBA. In the 2024 Com. Cup, he produced 14.1 points, 6.5 rebounds, 1.0 assist and 63% FG per game. Arana is not a giant but he is very strong and he is capable of throwing hell to the giants of the league.
