We have a blockbuster, baby! Yes, it does not involve a big time player, but with three starting caliber player and three young studs involve, it was newsworthy.
Let us go straight to team analysis!
TEAM ANALYSIS
BOLTS
Received Garvo Lanete
Sent Jonathan Grey and Mahindra 2017 2nd
Garvo struggled under coach Yeng Guiao. It could be due to his injuries or maybe he just doesn't mesh well with coach Yeng. Nevertheless, his rookie year still brings hope that he can be one of the deadliest shooter in the league.
Nevertheless, Jonathan Grey was a better player this season. Not by a mile but he is way more effective in his role as a relentless slasher. Then, they also give up the 2017 2nd round pick of Mahindra. That is unacceptable.

KA-TROPA
Received Anthony Semerad and 2017 TNT 1st
Sent Larry Fonacier
TNT basically traded one of their present piece for a better future. The best way to assess it is to answer the question, can TNT fill the void left by Larry Fonacier?
The answer is a complex yes. TNT has the pieces to mold their team into a different version so that they can eat up the 26 minutes of Larry Fonacier. The arrival of RR Garcia and the departure of Larry Fonacier means the outside shooting of TNT is now found on its backcourt.
The minutes in the 3 position can be eat up by four different players, and each one offers different skills and degree of talent. We are talking about Rogey Pogoy, Troy Rosario, Ryan Reyes and Anthony Semerad.
If coach Nash, found the right adjustment, just in time, TNT will still be a legit contender for this conference. If not, getting back a #7 to #10 pick in the upcoming draft and a hardworking forward for an experience, skillful but already unreliable wingman, is a nice deal.

BATANG PIER
Received Sean Anthony, Bradwyn Guinto, Jonathan Grey
Sent JR Quinahan, 2017 TNT 1st, 2019 Globalport 2nd
Everybody loves the loot of Globalport. Why not? They got two tantalizing prospects in Guinto and Grey and a very reliable Sean Anthony!
I love the fact that Globalport cut-bait right away about contending this season. That 2017 TNT 1st is a good asset but getting two good-fit youngsters in Guinto and Grey is way better. Guinto is a young grinder inside who has legit post moves.
Grey will provide weakside slashing ability and the opportunity to take advantage weak defenders as Romeo and Pringle magnet the opponent's attention.
Lastly, Sean Anthony is a guy that will be a positive to any team without needing the ball. That is the guy that Pringle and Romeo have been waiting in the last few years!

ROAD WARRIORS
Received JR Quinahan, Larry Fonacier, Mahindra 2017 2nd, Globalport 2019 2nd
Sent Garvo Lanete, Sean Anthony, Bradwyn Guinto
No disrespect to coach Yeng Guiao but this move is laughable. If the point of this is to compete, the move is already late. NLEX is already eliminated from the race this conference. I don't think Larry and JR will make them better in exchange for Sean, Garvo and Bradwyn.
The Baby Face Assassin and the half of the Extra Rice Inc. are struggling this season and knowing their age, I don't think even coach Yeng can save them. The saving grace is that 2017 Mahindra 2nd round pick.
