Trade Rumors! Phoenix Reshuffle?

Part of the recent trade rumors are two small trades involving the Phoenix Fuel Masters. The first one is with Blackwater Elite. Phoenix will get Blackwater 2018 2nd in exchange for Gelo Alolino.


I like the trade for both. Phoenix is stack in their wing position so getting a 2nd for one of their back-ends in the depth chart is worth while. On the other hand, Blackwater needs some shooting and shome defense that Gelo can provide.

Will it happen?

It is not that big so the possibility is really high.

The more interesting buzz is the Phoenix-Star trade. It is a swap of Joseph Eriobu and Rome Dela Rosa. Both are high energetic players that will scrap it out for the team. The difference is the position that they are playing.

Dela Rosa plays the 3 and some 2 while Joseph is also a 3 but he can play some 4. With the injury of Marc Pingris, I think this is a very logical step for the Hotshots.

Will it happen?

Just like the Blackwater-Phoenix rumor, it is not a big deal so it can happen soon.
