PBA Controversy: Romeo's social media flare-ups!

Terrence Romeo was again involved in a heated verbal exchange in their game against Columbian Dyip last Sunday night.

The verbal sparring between Romeo and Rashawn McCarthy resulted to a technical foul against Terrence. After the technical, Terrence taunted Rashawn again when he made a lay-up. 

Fortunately, both players calm down after the game and they hugged it out. 

Terrence explained that what happened in that game was just part of the game. "Siyempre close fight so hindi mo maiiwasan yun. Pero nothing personal, kung ano yung nangyari sa court, stays sa court."

The issue now was the response of Terrence against some of the criticisms of fans in social media. 

There is no need to explain what was happening in those twitter-exchanges. 

The problem of some intelligent fans out there was the lack of professionalism of Terrence. The used of the curse words and calling a fan "gunggong" should not be done by a professional player that has a lot of young fans.
