Which teams should trade for Terrence Romeo?

In the past few days, a reliable source brought out the possibility that TNT is looking to make big changes into their line-up. The biggest name available according to the source is Terrence Romeo.

Why is he available? He just averaged 21.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, 5.2 assists and 42% 3FG in the 2018 Governors' Cup. 

Maybe, because of his chemistry issues? Or maybe TNT just realized that he is their best trade asset to fast-track this retooling.

So, out of all the other 11 teams, which two franchises need him the most?

Blackwater Elite 

What happened to the 2018 Governors' Cup should help the management of the Elite realized the need of a legit scorer. Henry Walker brought out the best of the team. 

Elite is the holder of the #2 pick which can become Bobby Ray Parks.

Should they trade that pick for Terrence Romeo? I think Romeo will be a magnificent fit to the team of the Elite. Romeo with Pinto, Maliksi, Belo and Erram will play without any hole on both ends of the court.

Romeo never had an elite rim protector in his disposal. He will also have a very good perimeter defender in Belo. Those two can erase the mistakes of Terrence on the defensive end.

Brgy. Ginebra San Miguel

There is no way Ginebra badly needs to make a huge change to their line-up. They are just hitting their peak this season. Right?

Yes and no. Yes, because coach Time is so great that he can still win even though the biggest weakness of his team is the skill that is shifting the basketball world. Yes. Three-point shooting.

No, because that doesn't mean that coach Tim will be just fine with that big hole in their team. We all saw that when they traded for Jeff Chan for their 2018 1st round pick.

Coach Tim knows that a guard who is capable of hitting pull-up three-pointers efficiently is one of the most important skills in this era.

And in the PBA, Terrence Romeo could be the best in doing that. Just imagine him playing with Scottie Thompson.

Add the fact that LA Tenorio is already 34 years old and Jeff Chan and Mark Caguioa will retire soon.
