PBA Trade Rumors: Meralco will make a trade but are you sure it involves Ray Parks?

Meralco Bolts suffered another early exit in the Philippine Cup after Brgy. Ginebra San Miguel entangled them in their final game. They finished the conference with a 3-8 card.

Coach Norman Black made sure that Meralco will remain on the spotlight by making this statement,” I’m sure between now and the next conference something will happen there. Definitely.”

So, what kind of move are they planning to do?

Coach Norman gave us a hint by saying that they have so many point guards. That sparked the past news/rumors about a Bobby Ray Parks Jr. trade. Wherein, Parks go to Meralco, Brian Heruela and Jericho Cruz end up with Blackwater and Baser Amer will be with TNT.

The silence of coach Bong Ramos about the status of Bobby Ray strengthened the possibility of the trade, finally happening.

But, if they realized that they have many point guard, they should have realized by now that they are lacking a very good local center. Yes, reinforcements will help them during the latter two conferences but that problem will continue to persist.

Thus, I think the possibility of them making a move for a center is as high as the possibility of them trading for Parks.
