PBA Rumors: Which TNT player at the trade block will get traded first?

(c) PBA Media Bureau

Last week, we all heard the rumored revamp of the TNT roster. By this point, we have not seen any movement from the franchise. That doesn't mean though that the buzzes were wrong. Timing is important in making trades.

So, let us rank all the prominent TNT players, which were rumored to be in the trade block, of who will get traded first.

#8 Kelly Williams
With his age, I do not think Kelly will get any love from other franchise. Add the fact that his salary is way higher than what he can bring to a team and I think a lot of teams will be turned off.

#7 Ryan Reyes
Ryan is already 35 but he is still one of the best 3-and-D guards in the league. This conference, he connected on 2.1 long bombs with 36% efficiency.

#6 Jay Washington
Washington did not have value when he arrived in TNT but with what he showed, I think there are bigman-in-need teams that will look for him. He averaged 5.5 points, 4.3 rebounds and 40% from beyond the arc this conference.

#5 Don Trollano
Even though Don is inefficient in the court and from beyond the arc, Don can easily fit a big trade as a sweetener for TNT. With his hardworking defense and nose for scoring, he can earn minutes in any team.

#4 Yousef Taha
Size is a commodity in the league. Taha was not uberly fantastic this conference, averaging 5.6 points, 5.9 rebounds and 43% FG per game. But with his height and athleticism, he can be a good target for bigman-in-need-teams.

#3 Brian Heruela
I am willing to bet that the moment other franchises were informed of the trade block of TNT, TNT was asked a lot about Heruela. Brian reminded us of this conference that he is one of the best guards in the league.

#2 Michael Miranda
Knowing that he did not build up his value with TNT and that he is an athletic forward who can hit threes, Miranda will be easy to fit into a trade. What I actually expect is for Brian, Michael and Jericho to be part of the first big trade of TNT.

#1 Jericho Cruz
I think the trade is coming. Remember the rumor last month about Cruz getting told not to attend practices anymore? It seems like that is more about a possible trade than the injury that they told us about. I do not expect him to play in a TNT uniform by next conference.
