I want to make this ranking before June Mar Fajardo makes his debut so that we can highlight the production of other players. One thing that you will notice in this top five is their young age. Is this a sign that a new era is coming?

#5 CJ Perez

The Columbian Dyip is not having a great start to their campaign but at least, CJ sustains his impressive run from the last conference. He is currently the top scoring local after his 39 points outburst against NLEX. It seems like the arrival of Parks has ignited something on CJ.

#4 RR Pogoy

RR could be one of the most underrated two-way players in the league. This conference, he is averaging 16.3 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 2.3 steals and 44% 3FG per game. I think he is one of the few elite 3-and-D players in the league. Just look at his 2.3 steals and 3.0 three-pointers made per game.

#3 Robert Bollick

Do you know that Stanley Pringle did not play in the first four games of the North Port Batang Pier? And yet they are at the top of the standings with a 3-1 record. Bollick has been their best overall local player, manufacturing 15.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 48% FG and 32% 3FG per game. Yes, the top 3 picks of the most recent draft are dominating this conference.

#2 Scottie Thompson

The evolution of Scottie Thompson continues this conference. He is currently the #1 local player in terms of assist with 8.3 per game. Yes, coach Tim Cone has installed Scottie Thompson as the primary local playmaker and the guy is delivering. Of course, his rebounding is still elite. He is grabbing 8.0 per game, fourth best for locals in the league.

#1 Bobby Ray Parks Jr.

I told you, Ray Parks is a great player. He is not the flashiest star in the league but he delivers, not only in regular minutes but also in clutch time. Parks has a statline of an import, averaging 22.4 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.8 steals and 33% 3FG per game. He is the 2nd best scorer in the league and has helped Blackwater into a 4-1 start to the conference.
