2020 PBA Trade Rumor Recall: Is Rain or Shine the only team interested in the 6'8 center of Blackwater, rejected?

As we continue to await the date of the official return of the PBA, let us continue our on-going series of articles wherein we will recall a trade rumor in the past that did not happen for each team. Again, this is only a recall of past trade gossips. These rumors are not present ones. So, do not expect them to happen or to be refuted anytime soon!

Today, we will tackle the Blackwater Elite. We already focused on the Mac Belo trade rumor in the past but I will just count it with the NLEX Road Warriors.

Now, if you think there are no more interesting pieces in the Elite that is being rumored to be on the move, you are wrong.

Here was the post about the newest giant of the franchise.

It was posted back in December. Knowing Snow, if he gives the name right away, it means that he is confident about it. Although, it is also very clear that he was only revealing that there is an on-going negotiation. 

WHY IT DID NOT HAPPEN?
The offer of the Elite was not enough to get the approval of the Blackwater franchise. As you can see from the Tweet, Rain or Shine already made the offer. It is up to the Elite if they will accept it or not.

SO, NOW WHAT?
In the last part of the Tweet, it was revealed that TNT was not interested. The interesting twist is, Kelly Williams just retired and TNT did not expect it.

So, is TNT still not interested? Knowing that Rain or Shine made an offer, TNT should provide a much better one.
