I rank them by giving them a score in two categories: Current value which indicates the current skill level of the player and his impact on the game. Potential is about how high is the possible skill level of the player if he reached his ceiling.
#1 Jamie Malonzo: CV = 14 P = 15
I love the combination of Malonzo's athleticism, current skillset and aggressiveness in the game. He may not be a volume scorer right away but with the tools that he has, he can be a positive player, right away.

#2 Joshua Munzon CV = 15 P = 12.5
I think, there is no denying that Munzon is the best overall player today. I will not be shocked if he will be a top 5 creator in the PBA right away. He plays like Matthew Wright but he leans more towards slashing the basket. And hi pull-up three-point shooting could be as deadly of that of Matthew.

#3 Troy Rike CV = 12.5 P = 14
Troy is not yet appreciated by fans and analysts because his game is not that explosive. Nevertheless, his fundamentals on the defensive end is already working. If his three-point shot becomes cleaner in the PBA, Troy can easily be a starting center for more than a decade in the PBA.

#4 Franky Johnson CV = 13 P = 11
Another guy that a lot of people may not be familiar with. I am a fan of Franky's first step and athleticism. Add his handle and it makes Franky a sure bet as a PBA player. What is important now is that he find a team that will give him enough opportunities to showcase what he has.

#5 Alvin Pasaol CV = 14.5 P = 9
There is no denying that Pasaol can be a starter in the PBA, right away. I consider him a genius in basketball. Nevertheless, he has physical limitations that hamper his potential. There is a good chance that he will always be a weakness during the playoffs, on the defensive end.

#6 Taylor Statham CV = 13.5 P = 9.5
I am still hoping that Taylor will find a way to take part in the upcoming draft. Taylor's biggest problem is his outside shooting but the guy is a cerebral scorer and an excellent passer. And the most amazing thing about him is that he is 6'5.

#7 Santi Santillan CV = 12 P = 10
There is nothing special about Santi. Not the fastest. Not the strongest. Not the most skilled. But, it is hard to find a hole in his game. You can imagine him as the thinner version of a Jason Perkins. He just do a lot of right inside the court.

#8 Andre Paras CV = 10 P = 12
Paras has my favorite combination of skills, rebounding and three-point shooting. If both of those materialize in the PBA, Andre could be ending his acting career soon to focus in playing professional basketball.
#9 James Laput CV = 9 P = 13
Height always wins in the PBA. Although, I still need to see if Laput is strong enough against the giants. Or, if he can develop the fundamentals to be at least a lite-version of Raffi Reavis on defense.

#10 Larry Muyang CV = 12 P = 9
Muyang can be a back-up center right away. Right now, he is a very traditional bigman but if his foot speed held its ground, he can be a starting center early in his career.
#11 Jerrick Ahanmisi CV = 11 P = 9.5
He is the traditional gunner of the draft. It is good that he has been a sniper for the entirety of his UAAP career because that will also be his role in the PBA.

#12 Jordan Heading CV = 10.5 P = 10
Is he the next Rashawn McCarthy? The unknown Fil-Foreigner who has high level of skills to remain and be useful in the PBA? He is a big point guard who is a very good decision-maker.

P.S. You are asking why Thirdy was in the picture? According to the rumors, he may actually enter this draft.
