The saga of the Standhardinger trade has been one of the most talks about in the past few years of the PBA.
Last week, we are talking about him being traded to Magnolia. Actually, a potential trade structured was even presented.
But, Snow Badua was also clear that the trade is still on the negotiation table. And the way he presented his Tweets, indicated that Northport is having a much stronger voice than we anticipated.
Now, from the latest post from Snow, he could be pointing to a Standharding to Ginebra trade again. The post was easy to decipher as his clue for Standhardinger and for Ginebra was the only one present.
So, are we going to see the Greg Slaughter for Christian Standhardinger swap?
There is a good chance that this is true because it could be in agreement with the news that Gov. Rene Pardo of Magnolia claiming that Ian Sangalang is not on the trade block.
And it seems like Northport wants him on the package.
So, what could be happening right now is that Magnolia is not giving in to the demand of Northport. Thus, forcing Northport to just send Standhardinger to Ginebra.
Although, I wonder if this also means that the control of Al Francis Chua is already slipping. Or maybe, he is also having a hard time coming up with a trade that will make every team involve, happy.
Nevertheless, I am still hoping that Standhardinger will remain with Northport, for the sake of the parity of the league.
