PBA Trade Rumors: Magnolia will not trade Sangalang!

After days of the PBA universe talking about the explosive trade rumor of Northport, Ginebra and Magnolia. 

In the rumors, we read that Christian Standhardinger is on his way to Magnolia. While Ian Sangalang will find a way to Ginebra.

Now, we have a new chapter in this fiasco as the team governor of Magnolia told the media that Ian Sangalang will not be traded. That Sangalang will only be traded for Fajardo.

Let me first say that this should be a great confidence-booster for Ian because his governor is treating him as a potential equal to a Fajardo.

The statement though could be an indirect confirmation of the rumors that the current structure of the trade is still up on the air.

They are still negotiating it. 

Although, this could also mean that a Standhardinger to Magnolia trade may end up being lopsided and Northport will suffer from it. 

Or worst, the Standhardinger to Magnolia exchange will not happen.

Just like Terrafirma in the CJ Perez trade.

Nevertheless, if the words of the governor will be proven to be true, there is a chance now that Slaughter will remain with Ginebra. 

And that the twin tower of Magnolia will be Sangalang-Standhardinger.
