Blackwater is on a mission to end their losing streak in the upcoming tournament. And their first step to do that is to exchange Simon Enciso for Rashawn McCarthy of Terrafirma.
I think both of them are the same in terms of player type. They are big guards who can score are a lot and can be the quarterback.

Barangay Ginebra San Miguel because LA Tenorio is now near to his retirement and even if LA continues to play for three more years, the current guard and wing depth of Ginebra is shallow enough to fit a talent like Enciso.
He has shown in his stint in TNT that he can be a consistent role player. Although, he may still need several scoring touches per game to keep him happy.
Nevertheless, he is a shooter and Ginebra needs a shooter.
