PBA Trade Rumors: Will SMB steal a superstar from Ginebra?

If you have siblings, I am pretty sure you have felt at least one time that your parents are favoring your sibling more than you.

Knowing that we also have sister teams in the PBA, the same scenario is also happening. San Miguel Beermen is the flagship of the San Miguel Corporation. So, it is not shocking that they will put more focus on them.

But there is this concept of "too much". Especially if the basketball star that they are targeting is the type of player that the younger sibling badly needs.

I am talking about the rumored San Miguel package for Robert Bolick. Bolick is currently having a hell of a season. He is one of the main candidates for the Most Valuable Player award.

When if you look at the roster of San Miguel, they already have the two previous scoring champions in the league in CJ Perez and Terrence Romeo.

Now, they want to add the current leader in terms of scoring this season.

Look at the roster of Ginebra. With the injury of Stanley Pringle and with the age of LA Tenorio, what they need is pretty clear.

Someone like Robert Bolick. Someone who can create for his teammates and also lead them in scoring buckets.

So, it will be mind-boggling if the heads of SMC allow SMB to get Robert instead of Ginebra.

Nevertheless, what the PBA fans really want is for Robert to stay with Northport.
