Out of all the San Miguel Corporation teams, only Barangay Ginebra San Miguel has made a big move in this offseason.
They traded the #8 pick and Brian Enriquez for the #2 pick. A big trade victory for the team and a big blackeye again for the parity of the league.
Now, Snow Badua delivered another interesting rumor. He said that he knows something about Ginebra and the clue was, 3.
So, what could he mean?
The first thing that came to mind is three-point shooting. And of course Ginebra badly needs a shooter. We all saw how the shooting of Brownlee changed the maximum power of the offense of Ginebra.
But, if that is the clue, that is too general for Snow Badua to look good if a trade happens. Unless we are talking about one of the top shooters in the league today.
Is he pointing to stars like Marcio Lassiter, RR Pogoy, Juami Tiongson or maybe Matthew Wright? Wright is the biggest name and people can connect him to the clue.
The other rumblings is that Snow could be talking about a player who used #3 as his jersey number. The biggest possible name if that is the case is Jamie Malonzo.
Is it a coincidence that Northport was late in re-signing him and a day after we saw this rumor from Snow?
