With the performance of San Miguel Beermen in the Philippine Cup, I cannot put Ginebra at the #2 position. Justin Brownlee will soon starting declining due to age. Will this be the year?

To be honest, I think TNT has a much bigger chance of winning the 2022 Philippine Cup if both teams are complete and healthy. Nevertheless, it shows that SMB is on its championship form and Fajardo is back at the top.
#1 Bay Area Dragons
They are the biggest team in the upcoming Commissioner's Cup. Even SMB and Ginebra will look to be small against the Dragons. Add the fact that Bay Area will have two NBA veterans and they are easily the favorite for this tournament.
