PBA Power Ranking: Myles Powell, top 2 teams that should target him as their 2023 Gov. Cup IMPORT!

In a way, the PBA experienced their own version of Stephen Curry. Of course, Curry is way way better than Powell. But in terms of impact and due to the difference in the talent level of the NBA and the PBA, Myles managed to replicate the experience in the PBA!

Myles was unstoppable. When he is clicking, he is almost synonymous to unstoppable. His trigger is so quick that he only needs a quarter of a second to take a shot.

Here is the interesting thing, Myles is qualified to become an import in the upcoming Governors' Cup. Which three teams should offer for him?

Magnolia
Out of the three San Miguel Corporation team, I think Magnolia is the best possibility. There is no way Ginebra will be interested because Brownlee is there. San Miguel can do it but they have guards who are ball-dominant already. The fit is really bad.

On the other hand, Magnolia makes a lot of sense. They are still one of the worse three-point shooting team. Adding Powell will change that right away. With his shooting ability, he will provide wide lanes for the amazing cutters and off-ball movers of the team.

Converge

Converge is winning games by playing a good flowing offense. I still wonder though if they have enough ability to breakdown the defense during the playoffs. Mikey will fix that issue. He is also a crazy three-point shooter and Converge is a crazy three-point shooting team.
