PBA Trade Rumors: San Miguel superstar shooter to Ginebra trade! WHAT IF?

Not all trade rumors happen. Some trades are a few steps away from happening but for some reason, they will not push through.

So, before you attack the top sources of trade rumors, just remember that people can change mind in the last minute.

One big trade rumor that resurfaced recently is the Marcio Lassiter to Ginebra trade. This was suppose to happen in 2015.

It will be a three team trade where San Miguel will get JC Intal and Mac Baracael will be sent to Barako Bull. Remember Barako Bull? One of the OG farm teams?

Now, seven years later, maybe you will say that there is no way JC Intal is equal to a Marcio Lassiter! Actually in 2015, they are.

JC averaged 12.8 points, 40% FG, 5.7 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game in that 2015 season. It was his best season ever. He was at the peak of his athletic prime.

So, who could have won that trade? I think Ginebra could have won that one. I check the numbers and just like in the past several years, Ginebra was also struggling from beyond the arc. 

Imagine getting the top shooter of the next half decade? Ginebra could have won more championships!
