He went to Blackwater Elite because they are the team at the bottom during that year. A lot of people were hyped about him.
He was a two-edge elite player in college. He is around 6'5 who can handle the ball and create the plays for his teammates. He can score on different ways. But his biggest selling point was always his defense.
Unfortunately, he is not playing anymore for Meralco. So, who are the top teams that should make an offer for him?
San Miguel
I actually wrote about these last April and SMB was already there. I think, San Miguel is still a perfect fit for Mac Belo. Belo is still in his prime in terms of age. San Miguel also are still in need of forwards like Belo. He can be a 3-and-D for San Miguel.
Rain or Shine
Coach Yeng Guiao can do miracles. I think Mac Belo will not be that hard to rebuild. Coach Yeng loves players like him who can do a lot of things. And if you look at the roster of Rain or Shine, they are actually in need of that type of player.
