Phoenix super LPG did not make an official statement against the rumors of a sale of their franchise. But even without saying a single word, these re-signing of their players could be their answer to the rumblings of the sale of their franchise.
Simon Camacho
Camacho is a nimble and energetic forward that is playing from the bench of Phoenix. He was not given that much playing time and that makes this signing surprising and an indication that Phoenix may still have the financial capacity to stay in the PBA.
RR Garcia
Another end of the bench guy that they re-signed. The difference is, Garcia is already a veteran. So, a much bigger evidence that Phoenix maybe here to stay. Because think about it, these two players will not improve the image of the franchise to be sold.
Larry Muyang
This is another good evidence of the desire of the franchise to remain in the PBA. Larry was their 7th pick in the 2021 PBA draft and they gave him another two years of contract. Muyang is an interesting prospect but only Phoenix will give him a two-year contract.
