PBA Trade Rumors: Northport has put Joshua Munzon on the Trade Block?

When Joshua Munzon was traded to Northport Batang Pier from Terrafirma Dyip, a lot of fans were actually still hopeful that he will find something there.

Unfortunately, his struggle continued in Northport. He averaged 9.8 points, 32% FG, 24% 3FG, 3.2 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game.

Now, rumors are buzzing around social media that Northport has put the guy on the trade block again. And knowing that he has been struggling in two different teams, it seems like it is legit.

So, which teams should try him out?

#3 Meralco

Coach Norman Black was envious with what Ginebra did last year as they managed to add two significant young pieces. Meralco may not be able to do that but what can they try is to buy low on Munzon and try to help him achieve his potential.

Phoenix is having some financial issues. How about trying to revive the superstar run-up of Joshua and then selling him high after?

Maverick Ahanmisi emerged as a potential ace player for Converge. Unfortunately, even with his amazing Governors' Cup, we have not heard about a potential extension with the team because his contract already ended. So, Munzon should still be an option and even if Maverick will be re-signed, having two good focal point in the offense is actually fine.
