Northport- Starting caliber point guard
I do not think Fran Yu is already ready for the starting PG gig with Northport. So, Northport should continue searching for the right guy. Zavier Lucero and Cade Flores will be fine addition to the frontline and forward depth but without the right PG, it will not be easy.

Phoenix - Elite passing PG
It seems like Phoenix is trying to be as modern as possible. The biggest missing piece for that is an elite distributor. There are a lot of point guards in the league but actually, there are only a few elite distributors. One underrated target will be Bong Quinto of Meralco.
