#12. Converge
Regardless if Converge is tanking or not, they are on the right direction. Getting the #1 pick in the upcoming draft will make the future of an independent team, better.
#11. Terrafirma
Even with their winning record, I do not trust Terrafirma. Although, they actually have a promising core led by the rejuvenated Stephen Holt.
#10. Rain or Shine
I want to see their rookie twin-tower of Keith Datu and Luis Villegas in action. This is the ticket of Rain or Shine for a new crown.
#9. Meralco
Meralco is playing bland right now. I am not sure that they can manage to get back on track but something needs to happen now.
#8. Northport
Northport is easily one of the most entertaining team to watch in the league. They have a very modern core led by Arvin Tolentino who is averaging 22.8 points, 7.5 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game.
#7. Blackwater
Blackwater is currently at the top of the standings. Looking at the numbers, they are doing it with a slow pace style and massive improvement from shooting from beyond the arc.
#6. Phoenix
Phoenix is currently struggling to start this tournament. Still though, they are coming from a good conference that we should still trust them with this spot, for now.
#5. NLEX
Robert Bolick is back and he is back with something to prove. Even with the departure of Brandon Rosser, NLEX should still be considered as a legit threat because of Robert.
#4. Magnolia
It seems like Mangolia will not make a roster change before the start of this tournament. Is this the right decision? I do not think so. By the way, coach Chito is still there.
#3. TNT
TNT is back on the top 3 because of the arrival of Brandon Rosser and the sudden improvement of Henry Galinato.
#2. Ginebra
Shockingly, Jamie Malonzo is the best player of Gienbra in their first two games. I think Ginebra is playing very well right now that they can end up with the #1 seed.
#1. San Miguel
San Miguel will missed Junemar Fajardo for a few weeks. It will be time for Moala Tautuaa to prove his worth to SMB.
