PBA Free Agency: San Miguel is targeting this bigman?

The PBA offseason is always buzzing with rumors, and free agency is a hotbed for speculation.  Snow Badua, on his recent "NO COOKING SHOW" podcast, ignited a firestorm by suggesting San Miguel Beermen might be targeting a specific player: Troy Rosario of Blackwater.

With Rosario entering unrestricted free agency, San Miguel could potentially sign him without any trade discussions.  This possibility has sparked a wave of questions:

The success of this potential signing hinges on the willingness of several parties.  Will Blackwater, despite their struggles, try to retain their star player?  Ultimately, the decision lies with Rosario himself.  Will he be tempted by the allure of a contender like San Miguel?

From San Miguel's perspective, acquiring Rosario could be a strategic move.  His skillset seems like a perfect complement to the reigning Best Player of the Conference, Junemar Fajardo.  Rosario's ability to stretch the floor with his shooting would create space for Fajardo to operate in the paint, potentially making them a dominant big-man duo.

While the potential fit between Rosario and Fajardo is intriguing, there are uncertainties.  Can Rosario adapt to a more structured system under coach Jorge Gallent?  Will his offensive production translate to a team with different playing styles and roles?  These questions need to be addressed before any move is made.
