The current pace of this Governors Cup is really quick and fans are loving it. Unfortunately, they are still not excited to watch the games live.

Fortunately, majority of the fans are still monitoring their favorite team and hoping that they will have a breakout season from their old players.

For Ginebra, Rain or Shine, Blackwater and Terrafirma, who are their top breakout candidate?

Ginebra - Isaac Go

Isaac played his first game for Ginebra and it was a disaster. He shot 1/14. Fans were fuming with his performance. Nevertheless, it is pretty obvious that coach Tim will trust him with a lot of minutes. It is up to him to turn it to a breakout season.

Rain or Shine - Keith Datu
Jhonard Clarito was the Most Improved Player last season. It is the closest to the Breakout Player of the Year. Datu is geared to have that too this season.

Blackwater - Christian David
Fans are quick to forget about David because of his bland rookie season. Nevertheless, the guy is slowly getting acclimated into becking a bigman and that could be the key to his ascencion.

Terrafirma - Kenmark Carino

Even with the arrival of Christian Standhardinger, I can still see a path for Carino to prove himself as a legit top 10 center in the league.
