Phoenix - Jason Perkins
I think the best path for Phoenix is to tank. With Ballungay, Tio and Rivero, their future is bright. What they need though is to add more potential top 15 player in the league. They can do that by tanking and trading their best overall player will help that path.
Magnolia - Mark Barroca
Barroca was still a solid point guard in the most recent season but father time will still win. Thus, they can maximize his name and his good play to get a player that fits their timeline better.
Rain or Shine - Beau Belga
With the upcoming debut of Luis Villegas, Rain or Shine can give up Belga to get a much younger player and even a bigman.
