The elimination round of the 2024 ended up with the four usual teams being eliminated. To be honest, it is quite boring to see these four squads again here.
Fortunately, I can at least hope that Phoenix is finally tanking all out to get another game changing young talent with a top 3 pick. While Blackwater looks good.
Now, let us rank them according to the likelihood that they will be the first one to make a trade.
#4. Northport
This is all about Northport management making it public that they were irked with the comments of Danny Ildefonso regarding being a farm team. If they mean it, then they could be more conservative in the next few months.
#3. Phoenix
I still believe that Phoenix is a serious team. They already made a trade. So, I do not think they will look for one anytime soon.
#2. Blackwater
Blackwater is easily one of the most exciting team to look forward to in the upcoming Commissioner's Cup. Regardless if Rosario will remain with them or not, I expect them to look for good trades.
#1. Terrafirma
Their image is really really bad right now. So, I do not think they will even think of being conservative here to save some face. I expect them to be aggressive.
