PBA Trade Rumors: San Miguel wants a stretch center?

Snow Badua, the king of PBA rumors, usually post rumors with just clues regarding trades or transactions that are being cooked in the PBA.

Once a while though, he will post a clear one. In one of his recent social media post, he said that San Miguel is looking to add a young big man shooter and a high scoring wingman.

At first glance, I thought that the young bigman shooter is used for Arvin Tolentino. But looking deeper, I think Arvin is more appropriate for the high scoring wingman.

So, who is that young bigman shooter?

There are several candidates like Daniel Cuntapay. He was a fresh free agency signing of Northport who showed efficiency from beyond the arc. He is also young at 26 years old. So, it could be Cuntapay and Tolentino going to San Miguel.

Another potential candidate is Kemark Carino of Terrafirma. He is a tall bigman who showed the ability also to hit three-point shots. Of course, Carino will be the better target but Cuntapay could be the easier one to finalize.
