I know that I am not the only one who expected to see a lot of trade actions by now because of the bad performance of San Miguel and Magnolia in the Commissioner's Cup.
That did not happen. But, it is still logical to expect trades. So, here are the top 5 players that could be traded before Philippine Cup.
#5. Joshua Munzon
Munzon just delivered his best tournament ever in the PBA and he looks like the most dangerous defensive player in the league right now. He is a unique monster that I expect a lot of teams would desire to have.
#4. Calvin Abueva
It is shocking that Magnolia is not making moves. Abueva is still one of their best trade asset to get an in-prime star player.
#3. Jason Perkins
He is an underrated target. He can fit any of the top teams in the league because of his versatility on both ends. I do not think Phoenix will ask for much.
#2. Christian Standhardinger
Remember that Standhardinger is still available for a trade once Stronghorse finalize the deal to acquire the franchise of Terrafirma.
#1. Mikey Williams
I still feel that the Mikey Williams trade will happen. Maybe TNT just want to finish the tournament to make sure that every possibility will be on the table.
