Tunay na Talento = TNT (The team, of course!)
Mararating = Heading (As in, heading towards something, or perhaps even player Heading as a trade piece? Less clear, but definitely part of the sentence flow).
batang = (Nambatac)
Ito = (Nieto)
Boom! There you have it! If Jasper’s codebreaking is as good as Snow says, then TNT is actively linked to acquiring Nambatac (a clear link to the initial Barefield-Blackwater image origin) and likely Nieto (Rain or Shine) or both.
