2026 PBA Mock Draft: Ginebra target for #2 pick will NOT JOIN but they still get a FUTURE SUPERSTAR?

 

Here is our updated mock draft after we heard that Motor Mike and Thirdy Ravena will unlikely to join!

#1. NLEX Kymani Ladi - For now, this will be the draft for Ladi. Although his current MPBL output is really not hitting the mark.

#2. BGSM Allen Liwag - I expect Ginebra to go for a bigman and there is a good chance that they go for the safest big that will produce in the league, Liwag.

#3. TIT DJ Fenner - Fenner will built up hype with his amazing performance in MPBL that will push him to top 3.

#4. PHX Mason Amos - If there is a coach that will give a shot in improving Amos, it will be coach Tiu.

#5. DYIP Forthski Padrigao - Terrafirma has all the latitude to try and get the biggest PG names in this draft..

#6. NLEX Dom Escobar - Escobar has all the qualities that NLEX management may want for marketing purposes.

#7. MAG Nic Cabanero - Nic is now at 17.4 points in 49% efficiency in MPBL. An efficient gunner is easy to develop into a superstar in the PBA.

#8. ROS Raven Cortez - Rain or Shine will look for the best center available and I think Cortez will be that guy.

#9. MER JD Cagulangan - The connection of JD to the MVP group will make this decision easy. Brickman, Newsome, Black and Maliksi are not young anymore.

#10. SMB Jake Figueroa - Jake is doing well in a very deep Abra team. He could be the next great forward that will be stolen by an International league.

#11. BGSM Gani Stevens - What Ginebra will do now is to double-deep and the next big name is Stevens.

#12. BWE Rhenz Abando - Abando is in a limbo. It is time for him to join the PBA draft.
