So, teams are already capable of sending trade proposals to the office of PBA commissioner. As of today, we have not seen a single one.
Now, here are the five best centers that we believed have the biggest chance of being part of trades this year.
Christian Standhardinger & Greg Slaughter
We have heard it for more than a year now. Standhardinger was about to go to Ginebra but Greg decided to go for a sabbatical. That sabbatical forced the hands of Ginebra to not pursue the trade as they can form an acceptable package for Christian. Take note, that was just a rumor.
Nevertheless, this situation is still the most awaited this offseason. This is because of how good Standhardinger is. I have been contending that he can be the best contender for the MVP dominance of Fajardo.
One more thing that we should not forget is that Magnolia is also a possibility. Especially with the age of Rafi Reavis and Marc Pingris.
Vic Manuel
The Muscle Man was connected to a new rumor of a superstar wanting a trade again, just like in 2019. Vic has been part of a lot of rumors in the past about a trade. Alaska managed to keep Vic under their team. Will they do it again this 2021?
Prince Caperal
I will not be shocked if Caperal's newly found trade value will be maximized right away if Ginebra will end up with a new superstar.
Maurice Shaw
Shaw did not play well in his rookie season. Fortunately for him, his bad showing will not downsize him from being a 6'8 behemoth. That is why I am pretty sure that there are still some teams out there who are very interested in Shaw.
