According to the hottest source of trade rumors in the PBA, Prince Caperal has received interests from Alaska, TNT and Northport.
I buy the rumor because of the fact that Caperal has not accepted a contract extension with Ginebra, at this point.
But the question now is, which team should he choose?
#3 Northport
If he chooses Northport Batang Pier, he will remain under the umbrella of the San Miguel Corporation. That will also make him available to San Miguel and Magnolia. The sister teams of his current ballclub, Ginebra.
I think, he will get more minutes in Ginebra and he can be groomed to be the partner of Greg Slaughter in the future.
#2 TNT
TNT has a loaded frontcourt too but it is more wide open for Caperal to sneak in as a future starter. Although, it will not be as easy as the #1 team.
#1 Alaska
I think Alaska Aces will be the perfect team for Prince. He will join a good frontline rotation of Abu Tratter, Yousef Taha and Ben Adamos.
Unlike those of Northport, TNT and Ginebra, none of those guys are superstars. So, his chance of getting a bigger role is better.
