PBA Mock Draft: Which team needs Justine Baltazar?

I still remember the days where Gilas fans were swooning about the potential of Justine Baltazar. He was even labeled as the future of Gilas.

The reality is, it is really hard to find a 6'8 player with the foot speed and athleticism of Baltazar. The athleticism was not really out of this world. But combine it with his good skill level and you have an awesome player in Baltazar.

So, a lot of people were shocked when it was announced that Baltazar was cut by Korean Basketball League team.

Now, the buzz is so strong that Baltazar will now be entering the upcoming PBA draft.

Who are the teams that should try to target him? Any team can still target him knowing how the PBA operates.

Magnolia Hotshots
Out of all the San Miguel Corporation team, Magnolia is the team that badly needs a starting bigman. Baltazar has the versatility to play with Ian Sangalang. I also think that coach Chito Victolero will love to have him with how versatile he is on the defensive end.

Meralco Bolts
Out of all the MVP group squad, Meralco is the one that will appreciate having a young center for their future. With how injury-prone Raymond Almazan is and with the age of Cliff Hodge, they need a new face. Baltazar will be that guy, right away.

Converge Fiber Xers
This is the easiest one. Baltazar's connection to Converge is so strong that betting P50,000 that he will end up there in the next five years will be a good bet. They need a face of the franchise. Baltazar can be that guy.
