PBA Power Ranking: Top 5 Head Coaches on the HOT SEAT!

We just saw the first coaching change this year 2023 as the Blackwater Elite decided not to renew coach Ariel Vanguardia and try coach Jeffrey Cariaso.

Now, with a very long offseason, I expect most of the management of the teams to consider making changes.

#5 Coach Jamike Jarin

He was given an interim tag to finish the season of  the Phoenix Super LPG. With the risk that Phoenix could be soon before the start of the season, coach Jamike may need to find a new team to get his next coaching opportunity.

#4 Coach Jorge Gallent

I do not think the first tournament of coach Jorge is a total failure because Fajardo was sidelined due to injury. Unfortunately for him, I do not think that the management of the San Miguel Beermen will be patient with their coaching situation.

#3 Coach John Cardel

Coach John is easily the most deserving coach to be replaced in he last several years in the league. He is the epitome of the role of Terrafirma in the league. Will they finally let him go?

#2 Coach Chito Victolero

I still look at coach Chito as one of the top 3 coaches in the PBA. Unfortunately, fans are really tired of losing and they are pointing to him as the scapegoat. Will the management give up to the request of the fans?

#1 Coach Norman Black
Coach Norman did his best with the roster that they gave him. Unfortunately, he failed to overcome the difference in terms of talent. And it feels like we are just waiting for the new coach of Meralco.
