PBA Trade Rumors: Ginebra-Meralco trade that will help each team!

In the past few months, Meralco and Ginebra are the two teams involved in potential trades. Meralco coach Luigi Trillo was honest in an interview about his desire to get younger players. Ginebra just got another big injury and logic dictates that trade is an option to help it out.

So, what is a blockbuster and a small trade that we can suggest between the two teams that can help both squads?

Small trade: Chris Banchero for 2024 Ginebra 1st
With the injury to Jeremiah Gray and with the uncertainty with the return of LA Tenorio, Ginebra may want to unload one of their future first round pick to get a respectable veteran in Chris Banchero. Chris may not be the big name that Ginebra fans want but the guy has what it takes to play the role effectively.

Blockbuster trade: Chris Newsome and Norbert Torres for Jeremiah Gray, 2024 Ginebra 1st and Japeth Aguilar
I think Ginebra fans will not accept this easily because they are giving more in terms of current value. But the 1st should be included because of the age of Japeth. Nevertheless, they will still get an in-prime point guard here and a center to get some of the minutes of Japeth. On the other hand, Meralco will get two younger pieces.
