The 2023 FIBA World Cup is upon us. An event that was anticipated by our country for almost 4 years but we still ended up doing an ugly preparation.
Nevertheless, that is not our discussion point for this article. This is still about our series of article of suggesting a trade for Terrafirma, Northport and Blackwater with the other nine teams!

Ginebra-Blackwater
2024 Ginebra 1st for Jvee Casio and Blackwater 2nd
Ginebra traded a 1st in the past to get a veteran in Jeff Chan. They could repeat history by trading a 1st for Casio and a most likely high 2nd round pick. Knowing Blackwater, that 2nd round pick could be top 4 and the 1st that they are giving up will be low like #10. So, getting a veteran and proven guard in Casio could be worth it.
Phoenix-Blackwater
Yousef Taha for Sean Manganti
I think grabbing a capable center who can defend the giants in the league will be a good thing for the contention of Phoenix. On the other hand, Blackwater will add a 3-and-D forward which is crucial in team building. Sean is also young compared to Taha.
Rain or Shine-Blackwater
Beau Belga and Santi Santillan for #2 pick
Blackwater may want to add two above-average player in their roster that could catapult them to serious playoff contention. With a depth of Rosario-Belga-Suerte-McCarthy-Santillan-Casio-Banal, I think Blackwater will have a very interesting run. On the other hand, Rain or Shine will add a blue chip prospect.
