It is very unfortunate to hear another one of the elite PBA players will be sidelined due to a long-term injury. This time, it will be the starting center of TNT, JP Erram.
With the injury to JP Erram, the frontline rotation of TNT is down to Kelly Williams, Dave Marcelo, Rey Mark Acuno and Calvin Oftana. And it is pretty clear that they need at least one addition to that rotation.
So, who should be there top 3 targets?
#3. Troy Rike
I have not heard a report that Rike is 100% not returning to the PBA. So, I am still holding up belief that Rike can still come back. I am easily his biggest believer. With his giant size and his elite three-point shooting, Rike will be special in the PBA. He just need to give it time.
#2. Troy Rosario
I am not sure if Troy is already allowed to be traded back to TNT. But they badly need him now. Rosario knows the top guys in TNT and maybe he is about to enter his healthiest run in the league.
#1. Brandon Rosser
Majority of the fans are expecting this one. Of course, we do not want this to happen. We want NLEX to play serious about their intention of winning a championship in the PBA. But we are suggesting the top targets. Rosser is easily the top 1.
