PBA Trade Rumors: Ginebra-Terrafirma Stephen Holt FAIR trade?

 Out of the three dominant teams in the league today, Barangay Ginebra has made the biggest addition this offseason. They added Maverick Ahanmisi this offseason.

Now, there is already another rumor that they are the team that will get Stephen Holt from the Terrafirma Dyip! I am pretty sure fans of Ginebra are excited for it.

Now, according to that rumor of Snow Badua, Stanley Pringle is the guy that will go to Ginebra. Is that a fair exchange?

Of course no. Pringle is already 36. Holt is only 31. Five years difference is a big deal in a league where there are three conferences. 

So, what could and should be the trade?

Realistic trade:
Jayson David, Stanly Pringle and 2nd round pick for Stephen Holt
The realistic expectation is that Terrafirma will add quantity to the trade but with questionable quality. David looks interesting but not interesting enough to move the needle. Of course, that is the same case with the 2nd round pick.

Fair trade
Von Pessumal, Three first round pick and Stanley Pringle for Stephen Holt
I am really buying Holt right now that I think for the value to be equal, Ginebra should give up three 1st round picks. We all know that those first round picks are almost assured to be one of the last three in those years.
