TNT is on a very tough spot right now. That is quite weird because they ended the reigns of Barangay Ginebra in the Governors' Cup.
We are aware that JP Erram may not be available in the upcoming tournament. Mikey Williams is again pushing for a new contract. Now, Pogoy will not be available too.
Pogoy was their breakout star last season. There is an argument that he was their better player because of his defense.
So, who should they target to try and replace him?
#3. San Miguel - Simon Enciso
San Miguel has a very deep guard rotation. Trading Simon for a first round pick should not hurt them that much. On the other hand, TNT will get someone that can score and create for his teammates. Although, I am not sure if his departure from TNT last time went smoothly.
#2. Blackwater - Rey Suerte
Of course, Blackwater should be a team that TNT should consider to help them out. Suerte is a young player who has good move set. Although, he still needs time to develop the other parts of his game.
#1. NLEX - Don Trollano
There was a rumor this year that NLEX is willing to trade Don. Don is bigger than RR and he provides the elite defense and shooting that they will miss without RR. But, I expect that TNT should give up a huge package if this happens.
