#10. Jaycee Marcelino
Marcelino is not that big for a guard but he has turn himself to one of the most reliable volume scorers in MPBL. An MPBL player who averaged 20 or more points deserved a spot in the PBA.
#9. Lervin Flores
Several teams gave him a chance to prove his worth in the PBA. In the MPBL, he has turned himself to be a rebounding robot. Maybe, this is the right role for him in the PBA.
#8. Prince Caperal
Caperal failed to find consistent minutes in Abra. I do not know what is happening with him but I still think that he deserves to be in the PBA.
#7. David Penney
Did David made one of the worst decision of his life by choosing the PBA draft over one season in UAAP? I think he deserves a spot in the PBA.
#6. CJ Payawal
Payawal is not lighting up the MPBL but he still have a crazy high floor in the PBA. A tall wing like him who can really shoot should be in the PBA.
#5. Carl Bryan Cruz
As expected, CBC is vying for the MVP award in the MPBL. He is well rounded and his defense is really good. Any team in need of a 3-and-D should try him out.
#4. Yousef Taha
Taha is suddenly on the free agency market again. He is a giant who is capable of making plays for others.
#3. Encho Serrano
Technically, he is a restricted free agent. Still, any team that wants him may have an easier time negotiating a trade with Phoenix to get him.
#2. Greg Slaughter
Greg returned to the PBA and is currently an immovable object in MPBL. He is not putting up monstrous numbers but watch their game and you will see his big impact to their victories.
#1. Mikey Williams
If the rumored Converge trade discussion was true, then Mikey could be available as long as you can convince him to return and come up with the right trade with TNT.
