Snow Badua revealed a very interesting rumor in the Thurday episode of his NO COOKING SHOW podcast and it is about Rain or Shine.
According to Snow, Rain or Shine is now looking to trade Caelan Tiongson, the #7 pick of the team. The main issue is that Caelan is looking to get a deal that is above a rookie contract.
Knowing that Rain or Shine do not have the financial capacity of the conglomerates, it will be logical for them to just trade him and get something.
But, what is interesting is the reality that on that same episode, Snow Badua actually interviewed coach Yeng Guiao and coach Yeng said that they are only waiting for Caelan to finish his duties with the Strong Group.
But, we all know that Snow is easily the most accurate source of PBA rumors out there. So, it will be hard to not believe his trade rumor bombs.
According to him, Rain or Shine is currently talking with NLEX and Meralco. Although, it is puzzling to us when he said that Rain or Shine wanted Jonnel Policarpio from NLEX. There is no way NLEX will give up Jonnel for Caelan because they basically drafted Jonnel over Caelan.
The last part of his revelation is that Meralco could be interested to do the deal.
