We named 5 breakout players in the early part of August. It is time to name their negative counterpart. The 5 players that regressed.
Most players will of course produce less with less playing time and less roles and those could be the reason for these 5 guys!

#5. Paul Lee - We know that Paul is already 37 years old but coach LA is still trusting him with 14.9 minutes per game in this Governors Cup and he is producing 4.9 points, 32% FG, 1.4 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game.
#4. Kai Ballungay - Kai is coming from an injury that almost sidelined him for the entire Commissioner's Cup and his numbers worsen from the Philippine Cup. He is currently averaging 7.7 points, 50% FG, 6.7 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game.
#3. Jhonard Clarito - Do you remember the days when fans are calling Clarito as Michael Jhonard because of his amazing production? His numbers are now down below his season averages into 7.8 points, 38% FG, 2.5 assists and 1.0 steal per game.
#2. Jerrick Ahanmisi - This one is obvious but actually his minutes per game is just down from 35.4 to 27.9 in SMB. Ahanmisi is averaging 10.3 points, 41% FG, 35% 3FG, 2.8 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game.
#1. Alec Stockton - The minutes are down but his overall impact is also down. His current net rating for Governors Cup is -7.6 and that is down from his net rating of -5.6 in the Commissioner's Cup.
