PBA Trade Rumors: Ginebra, Titan, Phoenix and Blackwater BIGGEST NEEDS!

As we enjoy this long break and hope that Gilas Pilipinas will deliver us great results in the upcoming FIBA World Cup Window and the upcoming Asian Games, let us discuss the type of player that each team should target.

Let us start with these four teams: Ginebra, Titan, Phoenix and Blackwater.

Ginebra - Scorer

Ginebra is currently playing the slowest pace and scoring the least amount of points per game in the tournament. A scorer that can create his shots consistently in the halfcourt is a great addition to a slow-pace theme. Out of the guys that are being connected to them, Stockton could fit the need.

Titan - A promising young player

By this point, Titan should just play for their future. They have the chance to steal the #2 pick or if a miracle happen, even the #1 pick. So, they may want to try and find good young pieces that they can try to develop. I think trading for 6'10 Laput of Magnolia will be very intriguing.

Phoenix - A passing point guard

Phoenix actually have a lot of ball-handlers with Mamuyac, Tio and Rivero there. What they lack is that traditional point guard type of play. Although, trading for a quality one could mean giving up one of their core pieces.

Blackwater - Starting Caliber Bigman
With the injury to Christian David and with their desire to compete, the best thing that Blackwater can do is to trade him for a starting caliber bigman that they can find. I actually think that they should re-consider the rumored NLEX trade package that they did not accept and that was Brandon Ramirez and Xyrus Torres.
