Back in April, when we are still all adjusting about the guidelines of the Inter-agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF), DILG and the other departments of the government kept on reminding us that not following it is against the law.
Evidence kept on piling up that the UST training-bubble in Bohol, happened. And it is a clear violation because such activity is up to this point, not allowed to be undertaken by an amateur squad.
Actually, even professional basketball teams are still asking for the permission of having a full-team training because as of today, only limited numbers are allowed.
Now, it was revealed that the school asked a waiver from the parent of the players to make sure that they will have a defense in case a problem occurs in that bubble.
Now, CJ Cansino also showed some screenshots of a group-chat allegedly of UST players and their parents regarding their situation there.
And it shows that the players are suffering, psychologically and even in terms of nutrition.
Now, with all the evidence, the biggest question now is not about its actuality.
It is now, did UST commit a crime?
